Paypal is our preferred payment option.  Once you are on  Paypal you can also enter the credit card you wish to pay with.

Australian Customers

Roe Motorcycles sends most orders via Australia Post.  Normal delivery times (within Australia) should be 7-10 days but quite often as quick as 3-4 days. Any order placed after business closing on Friday will be processed on start of business Monday.  We may use various other freight providers depending on your location.  We send most orders via Registered Post.

All orders require a signature upon delivery.

Where we have designated “Free Shipping Australia”, this means there will be no freight charge for regular road delivery items.  If you request Express Shipping or air freight, this upgrade will attract a fee equal to the increase in our postage cost,  This is applicable to all Australian customers, except for Australian External Territories.

Australian External Territories will be considered International orders and will have a freight charge applied equal to our cost to pack and send the item.

International Customers

All prices are in Australian Dollars.  Any currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Roe Motorcycle and Mowers will individually calculate freight for each order, dependent on location, weight and preferred shipping method. Please request a quote, if you would like us to provide a quote for freight.  Roe Motorcycle and Mower is not responsible for any import duties or custom fees that may be applicable.

Your security and privacy is our priority.  We will never sell or disclose your details to a third party.  We encourage the use of PayPal as our preferred payment method, to provide our clients with additional peace of mind.

Your Paypal account will be charged at the time of purchase and we dispatch orders Monday through to Friday.

Your order is entering into the system noting all data and any questions. Your questions will be answered shortly after receiving your request/order. The goods will be carefully chosen by description and then packed and labelled. The goods are usually sent by Australia Post but in some circumstances we may choose an alternative freighting option.

All orders are packed with an Australian tax invoice which includes our company name, ABN, business details as well as product description, cost,  and any other cart items.

We endeavor to only have stock listed online if we have it available, however, there may be circumstances where we have sold out without removing availability online.  In such cases, we reserve the right to decline an order based on the lack of stock availability.  When this occurs, we will always get in contact with you and will refund you immediately.

Specially ordered items (items not carried in Roe Motorcycle & Mower’s stock and ordered from our suppliers) including spare parts cannot be returned.  Electronic items or an item than contains an electronic component part cannot be returned. There is no return on items incorrectly ordered, including if there has been a change of mind, or incorrect fitting. All items are inspected before dispatching for marks, defects and scratches and are only dispatched in a “new” condition and unmarked.

On return of goods, we require with the goods a written explanation and supporting information of what you believe is the cause of fault/damage. We will carry out an inspection process which may include the importer/supplier on the cause of the faulty goods. This process can take up to 6 weeks. We will give you a written explanation to the cause of damage/fault and whether it is the responsibility of Roe Motorcycle & Mower.

If we have sent you incorrect or faulty goods, we will cover the cost of freight return and re-sending the correct goods to you.  A Pre-Paid return label will be sent to the email address used in the initial order.

Once you have received the Return Post label from us, print out the label, securely stick it to the package you are returning to us and drop the box at your nearest Australia Post Office.  Once we have received the incorrectly supplied or faulty goods, we will supply your goods as ordered.
