    8.30am to 5.30pm Monday – Friday

    9.00am to 12.00pm Saturday

    Due to COVID-19 we are experiencing some delays with freight from our suppliers. We are doing our best to provide you with our same great service, however we are experiencing some delays which are out of our control.
    If there is a delay with your order you will be contacted, please allow 5 business days from the date of purchase for your update.
    We ask of you to be patient and understanding with our staff during this time.

    Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

    Paypal is our preferred payment option.  Once you are on  Paypal you can also enter the credit card you wish to pay with.

    How long will delivery take?

    Roe Motorcycle & Mower send most orders via Australia Post however we may use various other freight providers depending on your location.  Normal delivery times (within Australia) should be 7-10 business days but quite often as quick as 3-4 business days from the day the parcel has been sent. This depends on the availability that we have in store, if we do not have the parts in stock we will need to order from our supplier. We send all orders via Registered Post and require a signature upon delivery.

    Roe Motorcycle & Mower reserve the right to increase freight charge, this will be discussed with you via email or phone call.

    If you require express post there will an additional fee equal to the increase in our postage cost which will be arranged with you after your purchase. This is only applicable to Australian customers.

    If the customer requires multiple shipping arrangements due to stock availability, additional costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

    How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

    Your security and privacy is our priority.  We will never sell or disclose your details to a third party.  We encourage the use of PayPal as our preferred payment method, to provide our clients with additional peace of mind.

    What exactly happens after ordering?

    Your Paypal account will be charged at the time of purchase and we dispatch orders Monday through to Friday.

    Your order is entering into the system noting all data and any questions. Your questions will be answered shortly after receiving your request/order. The goods will be carefully chosen by description and then packed and labelled. The goods are usually sent by Australia Post but in some circumstances we may choose an alternative freighting option.

    Do I receive an invoice for my order?

    All orders are packed with an Australian tax invoice which includes our company name, ABN, business details as well as product description, cost,  and any other cart items.

    Stock Availability

    Not all items listed on our website are kept in stock however, we endeavour to only list items that are still available to us from our suppliers, unfortunately there are some cases where a part may not be available and we reserve the right to decline an order based on the lack of stock availability.  When this occurs, we will always get in contact with you and will refund you immediately.

    Please note our website does not list our stock quantities. Where listed “Quantity per assembly” this means how many the machine requires. Where listed “Quantity to order” you will need to enter how many of this part you would like to order. Eg. if a quantity per assembly states 4, the quantity to order will need to be changed to 4 if this is how many you desire. If quantity to order is left at the default quantity of 1, you will only receive 1 of this part.

    Return Policy

    Specially ordered items (items not carried in Roe Motorcycle & Mower’s stock and ordered from our suppliers) including spare parts cannot be returned once received in-store unless pre-approved by Roe Motorcycle & Mower staff via email.  Electronic items or an item than contains an electronic component cannot be returned. There is no return on items incorrectly ordered, including if there has been a change of mind, or incorrect fitting. All items are inspected before despatch for marks, defects and scratches and are only despatched in a “new” condition and unmarked.

    All parts being requested for returns, require direct contact with our office via email or phone call. From here we will carry out the returns process which may include the supplier. This process can take up to 6 weeks due to communication involved and goods being returned to the supplier. Return shipping cost will be reimbursed if approved by Roe Motorcycle and Mower

    If we have sent you incorrect or faulty goods, we will cover the cost of freight return and re-sending the correct goods to you.  A Pre-Paid Postage Bag will be sent with the correct goods, for returning of incorrect or faulty goods. Note: All items are checked before being sent out.

    Part images, data and information is provided to Roe Motorcycle & Mower by manufactures, therefore we do not take responsibility as Roe Motorcycle & Mower have no control over the part images, data and information provided.

    Website Pricing
    Roe Motorcycle and Mower holds the right to adjust any prices prior to hand over due to manufacturer cost adjustment. Roe Motorcycle and Mower holds the right to cease a sale between the ”purchaser” and Roe Motorcycle and Mower before transfer of product to the “purchaser”. If this is the case, the purchaser will receive a refund of all monies paid to Roe Motorcycle and Mower.
